When you get in touch
Enquiry links open WhatsApp, which handles your conversation under its own privacy terms. The link includes a short message and a placement label so Prudence can understand what interested you. Clicking a link does not automatically send a message.
If you become a prospective client, Prudence may keep your name, contact information, service interests and follow-up notes in a private client enquiry register hosted on Supabase. These details are used to respond to you and manage the business relationship. You can request access, correction or deletion by email.
Understanding what works
The site records page paths and WhatsApp button clicks with timestamps for basic traffic and interest counts. It does not store your IP address, full browsing URL, message content or a persistent visitor identifier in these events. These are event counts, not unique visitor counts or confirmed sales. Do Not Track signals are respected.
Optional Google Analytics
If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you choose to allow it. You can decline and continue using the entire site. Your preference is stored in your browser. Google may process data outside Kenya under its terms.
Service providers and retention
Supabase supports the private content and enquiry database. ImageKit delivers uploaded media. Google Fonts supplies typefaces and receives normal browser connection information. Service providers may process information outside Kenya. Anonymous event records are intended to be retained for up to 90 days; enquiry details are kept only while needed for correspondence and the business relationship.
